Die Dinge sehen, ansehen, anders sehen,
den Moment erfassend, den Kairos,
bewusst, bereit und dazu
eine Kamera zur Hand.

Gerichtete Wahrnehmung aufs Alltägliche:
Farbe, Form, Körper, Struktur, Ordnungsmuster,
die Schönheit der Schöpfung,
wie auch die ihres Zerfalls, ihrer Zerstörung, ihres Vergehens
auf den Punkt gebracht - Kontemplationen.

Die Aufnahmen meiner Bilder sind grundlos,
geschuldet lediglich dem Augenblick;
Bergründungen verstellen den Dialog.
Es kostet Zeit,
Zeit zu sehen, anzusehen, anders zu sehen.
Die ganze Welt ist eine Galerie
mit ständig wechselndem Programm.

artist's statement

... Seeing things and Seeing things - seeing things differently; being aware, capturing a moment, being ready, and of course having a camera at hand.

Focused perception on ordinary life: colour, structures, patterns, order, the beauty of creation as well as its decay and destruction, isolation, loneliness and despair.
My pictures do not have any reasons since I haven't taken them for any particular reason. Explanations are not important; they squash the story.
It takes time to look. The whole world is a gallery with an ever-changing program.
